Our subscription cancellation and refund terms.

01Risk-Free First Month

Every new QwkPay subscription comes with a 30-day risk-free first month. You get full access to all features of your selected plan from day one — you only pay if you decide to keep it.

If you decide QwkPay isn't right for your store within the first 30 days, just let us know and you will not be charged for that first month — you pay ₹0. If you continue past 30 days, your first month is billed at your plan's standard price and billing continues each period thereafter. You only pay for the time you choose to keep using QwkPay.

02Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your QwkPay subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual)
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the billing period expires
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends

03Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Because every new subscription includes a 30-day risk-free first month — during which you can cancel and pay nothing — we encourage you to evaluate the software thoroughly within that window.

Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • If you were charged due to a technical error or billing system malfunction
  • If the software was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to our fault
  • Duplicate payments made in error

Refund requests for the above cases must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

04Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: The difference is charged immediately, prorated for the remaining billing period
  • Downgrades: The new rate applies from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current period
