Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our subscription cancellation and refund terms.

01Free Trial

All QwkPay subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card or payment information is required to start.

During the trial period, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will simply expire — no charges will be made.

02Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your QwkPay subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual)
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the billing period expires
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends

03Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Since we offer a 14-day free trial with full access, we encourage you to evaluate the software thoroughly before subscribing.

Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • If you were charged due to a technical error or billing system malfunction
  • If the software was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to our fault
  • Duplicate payments made in error

Refund requests for the above cases must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

04Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: The difference is charged immediately, prorated for the remaining billing period
  • Downgrades: The new rate applies from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current period
