QwkPay is a self-checkout and billing software (SaaS) developed by QwkPay Technologies, registered in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Merchants using QwkPay are responsible for setting up their own payment gateway integrations (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or other providers) to accept digital payments from their customers.

By using QwkPay, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally authorized to operate a business in India, and have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate business information to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time

You agree to use QwkPay only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

• Use the software for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the software to process transactions that violate applicable laws
• Exceed the fair-use limits of your subscription plan

Each subscription plan includes specific limits on the number of stores and transactions. Exceeding these limits may result in a request to upgrade your plan. We will notify you before taking any action.

QwkPay and all related trademarks, logos, and software are the property of QwkPay Technologies. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations.

You retain full ownership of your business data, including product catalogs, transaction records, and customer information entered into QwkPay. We do not claim ownership of your data.

QwkPay provides billing and POS software tools. We are not liable for losses arising from payment processing failures, hardware issues, internet connectivity problems, or misuse of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification of any material changes. Continued use of QwkPay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
